Arsenals former stadium "Arsenal Stadium",
widely referred to as Highbury, was Arsenal's
home from September 1913 until May 2006.
By
the 1993/94 season new stadium regulations made grounds turn into seating
only, it drastically reduced Arsenals crowds down to almost half,
from around 60,000 to about 38,000. In
1999, with crowds so low, Arsenal started construction on their new ground
which had a capacity of up to 60,000.

"Emirates Stadium", not a name shared
